Gift Card Usage Terms & Conditions
Balance Usage: The balance on the gift card can be used across multiple orders as long as there is remaining balance.
Applicable Charges: The gift card balance can be applied towards the total order value, including taxes and shipping fees.
Use with Discount Codes: Gift cards can be used in conjunction with discount codes to provide additional savings.
Multiple Gift Cards: Multiple gift cards can be used for a single order.
No Gift Cards for Purchase: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Redemption Process: Customers can redeem the gift card by entering the unique code in the appropriate field during checkout. Gift card codes are case-insensitive.
Payment Rules:
- If the gift card balance is equal to or greater than the order total, customers can proceed with the order completion.
- If the gift card balance is less than the order total, customers will be prompted to select another payment method to cover the remaining balance, including adding additional gift cards.
Refund Policy: If a customer uses a gift card for their purchase, any refunds will be applied back to the gift card, and the gift card balance will be updated automatically.
Expiration: Gift cards never expire and can be used at any time.
