Order & Shipping
1. Shipping Area
Shipping within the Continental United States is FREE (Except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
We ship via FedEx or UPS and we do not ship to PO BOXES or APO.
2. Delivery Time
In-stock orders typically ship within one week, unless otherwise noted on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is FedEx or UPS. Please allow 7~15 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Nitetronic are estimates.

3. Order Tracking
You track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on www.nitetronic.com. If you haven't registered on our site, you can also track your order here with your order number. For more shipping information, send an email to service@nitetronic.com. We will get back to you in 24 hours.
4. Delivered
We don't accept address changing if the package has already been delivered successfully.
5. Claim For A Lost Package
If you did not receive the package after the tracking status shows it has been delivered, please contact us within 3 business days. Otherwise, the customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company directly to start a claim. We don't accept package lost claims after three days from the delivered date.
