Types of Promotions

Automatic Site Discounts
Automatic Site Discounts are promotional discounts automatically applied to the cart without requiring a code. These discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion codes or offers and must be redeemed by the specified expiration date, if applicable.

Promotion Codes
Promotion codes include discount codes, coupon codes, and other applicable codes at checkout. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be used in combination with other promotions or offers. All codes must be redeemed by the specified expiration date, if provided.

Member Exclusive Discounts, Gifts, and Prizes
Member Exclusive offers are available only to Nitetronic members, and an account signup is required. These offers cannot be combined with other promotions or codes and must be redeemed before their expiration date, if applicable.

Members may redeem coupon codes or free product codes using their points. Once redeemed, rewards are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. For full details, refer to the Nitetronic Reward Program.

E-Gift Cards
Nitetronic E-Gift Cards are delivered via email and can be redeemed for purchases on www.nitetronic.com at checkout.

• E-Gift Cards can be applied to sale items and multiple cards can be used in a single transaction.
• Any unused balance will remain on the card for future purchases.
• E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Free Gifts
Free Gifts are unlocked with a qualifying purchase or by adding a specified item to the cart. To claim Free Gifts, they must be added to the cart during checkout; otherwise, the offer will be forfeited.

If Free Gifts are not returned during a full refund request, their value may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Other Promotions
Promotions not listed here are subject to the terms of their specific sales campaigns.

Limitations

1. Discounts apply only to the purchase price of eligible items (excluding shipping, handling, and taxes) on nitetronic.com.
2. Only one discount/coupon code can be applied per transaction. Codes cannot be combined, and separate orders are required to use multiple codes.
3. Unused portions of discounts or offers will be forfeited.
4. Promotions may end earlier than the specified date due to stock limitations or other reasons. Once unavailable, the promotional offer will no longer appear on the website.
5. Nitetronic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
6. Refunds will not include the promotional value. You will only receive the amount you paid toward your purchase.

Exclusions

• Discounts and promotions do not apply to gift cards, charitable contributions, taxes, shipping, or special-order handling charges.
• Certain items may be excluded from sales and promotions.
• Offers have no cash value, cannot be substituted, and are subject to availability.
• Additional exclusions may apply.
