* IMPORTANT: When you decide to return your items, please contact us via E-mail first, and inform us about your problem.
* You may return any items within 30 days of receiving your item (they must be placed in the mail to be returned). Otherwise, Nitetronic would NOT be responsible for any return or refund.
*The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and must have all tags attached. Keep the original packaging undamaged and will not affect reselling of the product. Any items with stains, marks, smears, or tears in the fabric or tag cannot be returned.
*International Return Policy:
- Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees if it's due to their own reason to return.
- If we send you the wrong size by mistake, we will take the shipping fees;
- No restocking is to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
* Defective or Damaged Product?
