Nitetronic reserves the right to cancel or revise the return policy any time without notification in advance on www.nitetronic.com. Nitetronic understands that each individual adjusts to goodniteTM at a different pace and we’re confident that you will love our pillow, so we provide you with 15 Night trial period. If within the 15 Night trial period, you are not satisfied, contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you to answer your questions and resolve your concerns.
Nitetronic America LLC accepts returns, if accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number (your RMA number is the order number on the top right hand corner of your invoice) and proof of purchase, within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. No return will be processed without the RMA number and valid proof of purchase.
To receive an RMA number, please download and submit your Return Authorization Form to Nitetronic. We will provide a return label for you to ship the pillow to us.
Refund will be issued upon inspection of merchandise at full purchase amount minus $50 restocking fee. Return will only be honored if all items on the RMA checklist are determined to be true upon inspection. Returned items must not show signs of damage, and must be in their original packaging with all packing materials, warranty card, user manual and accessories.
If your return is approved, please allow 2 weeks from our receipt of your merchandise for your refund to be processed.
Please include the Return Authorization Form with the RMA number and valid proof of purchase in the return package.
